Some venues have their own policy regarding food & alcohol so please make sure to check the specific event page for your before attending. Food, snacks, soft drinks and a bar will be available at most events and we would encourage guests to support local venues.

No glass or BBQs are allowed on site.

 All events are held in the open-air with plenty of space for everyone.

Please show consideration to your fellow attendees. We encourage you to take a Lateral Flow test before attending the event and make use of the hand sanitiser available on-site.

If you are displaying symptoms of Covid-19, or if you have been in contact with anyone displaying symptoms, do not attend. Please contact us to arrange a ticket exchange.

You can print out your e-tickets if you like but we advise saving the paper and loading the tickets on your phone or tablet to be scanned on entrance.

All of our events are outdoor and will go ahead in the event of light rain. Please check the forecast on the day of the screening and come prepared for the conditions. If the forecast is really bad we reserve the right to postpone - if this happens we will contact you as soon as possible and you will be offered tickets to the new date or a full refund. No one enjoys sitting in the rain!

Guests of any age can attend but those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 18. Children under 2 can come in for free and do not need a ticket. The film certification always applies so please also make sure the film is suitable and of the correct certification. We reserve the rights to refuse entry to anyone under 16 who is unaccompanied or anyone who is under the certification age.

Most of the venues open around 1 hour 30 mins before the film starts. We recommend you arrive early to reserve your spot and grab some snacks before the film.

The film starts approximately 20 minutes after sunset. This is subject to change depending on conditions on the day.

You will need to bring your own blanket or camping chair to sit on.

With the exception of guide dogs, no dogs or any other animals are allowed at any of our events. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Yes limited parking is always available on site. If in doubt please contact us or the venue before attending for venue specific information.

Smoking is not allowed within the seating areas for the comfort of our guests. This includes e-cigs and vapes. We usually designate a smoking area away from the audience area but some locations do stipulate no smoking on any part of the grounds. Please be considerate of others and abide by this rule.

Yes, all of our events have toilet facilities, including accessible facilities.

Tickets are non-refundable. However, if an event is postponed and rescheduled and you inform us within 14 days that you are unable to make the rescheduled date, you will be refunded in full.
